The All-Russian laboratory of cultural projects Culturalica will be held in Yekaterinburg at the site of the Ural Culture Center on February 6–7. The sections will be attended by Russian and foreign experts.

Culturalica is a large-scale event for discussing current trends and problems of the industry, as well as developing solutions. Cultural managers, authors of creative projects, students and all who are not indifferent to culture can take part in the project.
The laboratory will open with the section "Man for Culture" dedicated to the role of the individual in cultural projects. Its participants will be the director of the Museum of the History of the Far East. Arsenyev Victor Shalai, producer, head of the Bad Taste production group Sergey Korsakov, founder of the educational project “Moscow through the eyes of an engineer” Ayrat Bagautdinov.
The session will be moderated by Russian journalist, television and radio host, producer, laureate of the TEFI-Region national television award Vladimir Raevsky.
The second section, “Culture for Man,” will examine Russian and foreign experience in researching the diverse effects of sociocultural projects. German Horst, director of the library and cultural complex LocHal (Netherlands), Elena Konovalova, head of the Culture department of the Elena and Gennady Timchenko Charitable Foundation, and other experts will present their cases. The session was moderated by the director of the Museum of the History of Yekaterinburg Sergey Kamensky.
Also topics for discussion within the laboratory will be finance and investment, infrastructure, partnerships and sponsorship. Specialists will discuss how to make a project or institution visible to the business community, partners and sponsors, how a cultural institution shapes the environment, etc.
These questions will be answered by DHL Director of Corporate Communications and Social Responsibility (Germany) Pedro Munz, Director of the ICOM Endowment Fund Bjorn Stenvers, Director of Marketing, Advertising and Development of the Garage Museum Daria Kotova, Sponsor Consulting Director, ESA Member Evgenia Maltseva and others experts.
The second day of the laboratory will traditionally be devoted to the practical development of the acquired knowledge. Master classes for participants will be conducted by leading cultural practices, a series of business games – corporate training coaches.

The cultural projects laboratory Culturalica was first held in 2018 at the initiative of the Culture Department of the Administration of the city of Yekaterinburg. Every year, its participants are employees and leaders of the cultural sphere, representatives of government and business structures, journalists and representatives of creative professions, students of creative universities and active citizens.
