Vasyl Lomachenko (12-1, 9 KO’s) may have two years to hang up the gloves.
Lomachenko currently holds the title WBA and WBO lightweight. Ukrainian has no plans to change weight class, and is configured to collect all the main titles and to repeat the achievement of his friend Alexander Usik (16-0, 12 KO’s), who is the absolute world champion in heavy weight.
“I’m ready to retire at 33 years. I was five years old gloves. Not that tired, but something always ends. I have a goal in Boxing, I’m interested to compete with the Champions. Who continue to fight, if you became the absolute world champion?
Any weight I collect four belts and walk away from Boxing. It could be a year, two, maybe four or five. I don’t really like to think ahead. So far I think so,” said Lomachenko live on the page in “Instagram”.
Vasyl Lomachenko’s next fight will hold on April 12 in the United States. Most likely his rival will become the mandatory Challenger for the WBA line Anthony Kroll.
