The all-Russian action “Cinema Night” will be held at a record 3,500 venues in all regions of the country on August 24. In Moscow, the program will open with the premiere of the film “Russian Boy” at the “October” cinema center.

The film by Alexander Zolotukhin tells the story of a country guy who went to the front of the First World War. The premiere will open at 16:00. In total, the program “Cinema Nights” will cover over 130 platforms. The central event of the festival in the capital will be the theatrical and cinematic performance "Musketeers 40 Years Later" in the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve. In addition, on August 24, Moscow will show pictures from the programs of the Cannes Film Festival and the Kinotavr this year.
Traditionally, movie screenings, excursions and meetings with artists will take place at different venues of the country this evening. Events will allow discussing current topics and problems of cinema with industry experts.
The participants of the “Cinema Night” will be able to watch new domestic films that became the winners of the popular Internet voting, which was held on the TASS website from June 27 to July 10. Tapes "Balkan Frontier", "Brownie" and "Policeman from Rublevka. New Year's lawlessness ”will be shown to the Russian audience at various venues on 24 August.
